General data protection Rules –  Your Rights

We only keep your data that is relevant to the activity we are engaged in. This means that we hold  your data for administration of these services and the opportunity to offer an extension to some of these services in the future.

We aim to hold your personal data for (7 ) years which will be held in a secure manner and only the correct personnel will have access to this.

Your data will never be disclosed to a third party for any such reason such as marketing for any non- related activity with regards to your requirements from our business activity.

You have a legal right to access your information, withdraw, be forgotten or be deleted from our systems at any time (other than what is necessary for us to carry out our duties to you.) Your data request in the first instance will be free of charge when we make these adjustments and we will comply with your request and confirm that the correct action has be taken in such an event.
